About Business
Before opening Whalley Law in 2011, he graduated from Seattle University with his J.D., as well as his MA in Sports Administration and Leadership. Inspiration to open his own Estate Planning Spokane County came from a mentor while an undergrad at Utica College where he played hockey. This is where a young Mr. Whalley realized the kinds of positive change the practice of law can create in communities like Tacoma while utilizing the work ethic instilled from playing hockey.
